Soviet pendant lights

Ref: 1812120.

These three industrial lights originate from the Russian army. They are made in the 1950s and are indestructible, made in a simple manner (see picture 4) from brushed steel and bakelite. Because of this thoughtful combination of simplicity and construction, we restored them by adding ceiling caps, new wiring and LED bulbs. The lights bear the original stamps (see the picture where the light is deconstructed). Even though they look identical, two are 100% alike (the pendants, lights nr. 1 & 2, pictures 1 to 4) and one has a slightly different bakelite hanging (light nr. 3). This last light is also a little more worn as is shown at the 5th picture. The 2nd picture shows the company markings: the signature ending with ‘CCCP’ is Russian for ‘made in the USSR’. At the right hand side it says, in our alphabeth, ‘100VT – 220V (the Russian ‘B’ is an English ‘T’). At the left hand side a production number can be seen, ‘COO 64M’.

Diameter: 21 cm, hight light: 20 cm.

Pendants (light nr. 1 & 2): 160€, single (light nr. 3) 45€, all three together: €180.
